I don't know if you remember me or not. We only spoke on the phone twice last year when I joined ITV under you. Unfortunately, I joined literally right as ITV was changing over and had stopped all order taking. Anyway, I have come across something that you might be interested in.
TVI(I know, took me a bit to get used to saying TVI instead of ITV!) It stands for Travel Ventures International and I have to say that WOW! this is something that is worth looking into!
